The 9.5 QT name does not match the two 4.25-Qt baskets, which add up to 8.5 quarts, so treat it as two medium baskets, similar to most 8-Qt dual models. That is plenty for chicken in one basket and vegetables in the other, but a whole chicken will not fit. OSTBA is a newer, lesser-known brand, so check the warranty terms on the Amazon listing. Plug the 1700W unit into its own outlet and leave space around the vents while it runs.
