This is a dual-zone oven, not a two-drawer air fryer. Both zones share one cavity separated by a removable divider, so you cook on racks and crisper trays behind glass doors instead of in pull-out baskets. That makes it far more flexible for pizza, toast, roasts and sheet-pan meals, but you cannot grab a basket and shake fries; use the Shake reminder and toss food with tongs instead. QuickSync only works with Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Bake, Pizza and Grill. Accessory bundles can vary by package, so check what is listed in the box on the Amazon page before you buy. The oven is large and heavy at about 32 lb, and Emeril asks for roughly 6 inches of clearance on the top, back and sides. It is shipped and sold by Amazon.
