Skip it if you want two fully separate drawers you can pull out one at a time; the older COSORI TwinFry 10-Qt or a classic two-drawer model suits that better.
Best for: Cooks who switch between two-food dinners and big single batches such as a whole chicken, a full tray of wings or a large pizza, and who want to avoid PTFE nonstick coatings.

Because both zones share one drawer, opening it to shake one food opens the other side too; the drawer is also 19 inches deep, so allow about 20 inches of counter depth plus room behind for the vents. Ceramic coatings release food well but are less forgiving than PTFE nonstick: avoid metal tools, aerosol oil sprays and abrasive pads, and hand wash if you want the coating to last. With 68 ratings it is newer than COSORI's best-known models. Prices change often, so check the listing before you buy.
Split the TwinFry into two 4.5-Qt zones: lemon garlic broccoli on one side at 380°F and salmon or chicken on the other, finished together with Sync. The broccoli is about 80 calories per serving.

Yes. With the divider in, each 4.5-Qt zone has its own time and temperature, and Sync makes both finish together.

With the divider removed you get a single 9-Qt basket, which is large enough for a small whole chicken of about 4 lb.
